Obtained his B.Com (Honours) from Dhaka University, M.A. in Economics from Karachi University, Pakistan, and LL.B from Sindh Law College, Pakistan. He completed his articles with M/S A.F. Fergusan & Co. Karachi, one of the renowned audit firms of the Sub-Continent. Mr. Wahab obtained the Medal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan for his outstanding performance in C.A. exam. He passed C.A. in the year 1967, and has been in practice since 1968. He Became a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA) in the year 1973.

Mr. Wahab has audited the accounts of hundreds of limited companies both Private & Public. Also audited accounts of Private and Nationalized Commercial Banks. Authorities Like Chittagong Port Authorities B.I.W.T.A etc., DFI (Development Financial Institution)s, Insurance Companies, Sector Corporations (Including Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation), Utility Services, and NGO'S. Also Rendering Services as Accounting Consultants, Tax advisors, Company Law advisors and Management Consultants in the matters of Private and Public Limited Companies and Sector Corporations.

Md. Nurul Islam, FCA

Mr. Md. Nurul Islam obtained his B.Com from Dhaka University. He completed his articles from M/S Akbar G. Merchant & Co. Chartered Accountants. He qualified as a chartered accountant in the year 1979 and became a fellow member (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh in the year 1984.

Mr. Islam has vast experience in auditing the accounts of Sector Corporation, financial institutions, Govt. & Semi Govt. Organizations and NGOs

Mr. Nurul Wahab

Mr. Nurul Wahab obtained his B. Com. (Honors) from Aligarh Muslim University, India, M.A. in Economics from California State University, Los Angeles, qualified as a Certified Management Accountant and Certified Public Accountant from USA in 1996 and 1997 respectively. Mr. Wahab also qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999. He worked as an auditor as well as financial, management and computer consultant for a number of world renowned multinational Companies in the USA and in Canada. He has been involved in the supervision of the audit of accounts of a number of banks, insurance companies, Public-Private Limited companies and foreign organizations operating in Bangladesh. Mr. Wahab has audited as well as provided consulting services to a number of projects involving different international agencies including UNICEF, DANIDA, SDC, CARE and CIDA.

Mr. Sib Sankar Saha

Mr. Sib Sankar Saha completed his CA articleship with A.WAHAB & CO. and became member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh in 1995. He obtained his B.Com (Honrs.) and M.Com degree in Accounting from the University of Dhaka in the year 1982 and 1983 respectively. He obtained University level Diploma in Insurance Customer service FLMI level-1 with distinction in the year 1998.

Mr. Saha worked in a number of reputed organizations in Bangladesh. He joined insurance industry in 1996 and worked with American Life Insurance Co. for the years from 1996 to 1999. He worked with two other General Insurance Companies of the country and is currently working with A.WAHAB & CO., Chartered Accountants as its chief Financial and Management Consultant.
